Our Story
Cedar Valley Taekwondo is the creation of Master Teresa Nickell and Dr. Master Kent Nickell. in January 2014 Master Nickell was approached to start a taekwondo club at the Family YMCA of Black Hawk County.
Our environment is a family one. We share in each other's history, joys, and sorrows. We are always open to adding new family members!

Master Nickell is best known for her great hugs, her immense patience, and vast knowledge of all things Taekwondo. She is always stiving to learn more.
