Classes meet in the Group Exercise Room

Located downstairs at the end of the North hallway next to the new Wellness Center.

 

This class is ongoing and a membership is required for the student. This class builds the foundations of Taekwondo, such as respect, balance, coordination, flexibility, and focus.
