White Belt Class

Classes meet in the Group Exercise Room

Located downstairs at the end of the North hallway next to the racquetball court and the spin room.

Membership is required to participate. This is an ongoing program and provided the class is not full, can be started at any time. This class teaches the basic blocks, kicks and advancement requirements to move from White Belt to Yellow Belt.
