December Testing Opportunity
We have two big Testing related events in December.
On December 7th, The Martial Arts Club at ISU will be holding the last testing of the year, which also includes those seeking Junior Master and above. Please reach out to your Cedar Valley Instructor(s) should you wish to attend.

On December 14th, we will be holding our testing at our Mason City Location, details will be emailed prior to testing.

S.I.B.B.A. Awards Banquet
The 50th Annual S.I.B.B.A. Awards Banquet will be held March 29th at the Gateway Hotel in Ames Iowa. Early registration is HIGHLY encouraged. More details to follow as soon as they become available.
Tournament Opportunity!
The winter Open Martial Arts Tournament is a great beginner friendly tournament for those wishing to compete. It is held January 25th 2025 in Peosta, IA. For registration information, click the image!
